This page provides information about managing your MXC Con app account, including how to request account deletion.
Account Deletion – MXC Con App
If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from the MXC Con app, please follow one of the options below:
Option 1 (In-App Deletion):
Open the MXC Con app, go to your profile or account settings, and select "Delete Account." Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.
Option 2 (Request by Email):
You can request account deletion by emailing us at motionxchangeinc@gmail.com. Please include your account username or the email associated with your account.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
- Your account will be permanently removed from our system
- Your personal data will be deleted
- Any saved preferences, activity, or user-generated content may be removed
Data Retention
Some limited data may be retained if required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
